OUR MISSION

WE ARE DRIVEN BY A COMMITMENT TO ELIMINATE SAFETY INCIDENTS BY ADDRESSING THE ROOT CAUSES OF FAILURE. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AIRLINES and ground handlers WITH TAILORED SOLUTIONS THAT TRANSFORM INCIDENT RESPONSE INTO A STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE, MINIMIZING COSTS AND MAXIMIZING OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY THROUGH DATA-DRIVEN TRAINING AND SYSTEMIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENT.

Aircraft ground damage is a significant issue as it can compromise the safety of passengers and airport personnel. It also has a high financial impact on airlines’ and gROUND HANDLER budgets and can seriously disrupt operations.

One of the main causes of aircraft ground damage is ground support equipment (GSE) operations. IATA's recent ground damage study estimates that the annual cost of ground damage could double to nearly $10 billion by 2035 unless preventive action is taken.

Enhanced GSE has been identified as an important means of addressing such challenges.

STAKEHOLDERS (IATA Ground Damage Report: the case for enhanced ground support equipment)

GHSPs (Ground Handler Service Providers)

As primary users/owners/renters of Ground Service Equipment (GSE), introduce a strategy and a business plan for implementation of enhanced GSE within their fleets and to measure its effect on safety events.

GHSPs implement processes and training to ensure proper operation of enhanced GSE and their effective integration into operations.

AIR OPERATORS

Negotiate with GHSPs regarding the utilization of enhanced GSE during aircraft handling and implement incentives that increase penetration of enhanced GSE within GSHPs' fleets.

OEMs

GSE manufacturers continue their efforts to innovate and advance the technology by which GSE actively avoids causing aircraft damage.

IATA

Introduce strategies, goals, and programs to drive adoption of enhanced GSE utilization within the industry.

INSURERS

Discuss the effect of enhanced GSE utilization on the current risk profile with the aim of adjusting premiums.

REGULATORS

Consider policies and strategies that support and incentivize these industry efforts to reduce aircraft ground damage.

Minimize Costs through Proactive Safety

We provide tailored solutions that significantly reduce the financial burden on your airline operations.
